HOW DO I ORDER?

Once you’ve signed up for service you’ll get an email containing all important information, details and delivery date for their area.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I ORDER?
Usually one day before the scheduled delivery to your area. When you sign-up, we’ll send you an email or call you and let you know when to expect your milk delivery.Usually one day before the scheduled delivery to your area. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
At least one-day before your delivery date. Please let us know of any changes in your delivery at least 24-hours before delivery.
THIS WEEK I’LL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR TWO DAYS, CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER FOR THE WEEK?

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY EMPTY BOTTLES?
You just put them back in the cooler we provide for pick up on your schedule day. OR, you can return them to a BFF retailer. Please put cooler out night before scheduled delivery — no cooler, no delivery.
HOW DO I PAY?
Forms of payment accepted: cash, check, money order. We send out monthly invoices.
WHAT IF I’M NOT AT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
You don’t have to be home for the delivery. We provide a cooler that will keep the milk cold until you return.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Bennett Family Farms delivers to the following communities and areas surrounding:
Tillamook County for Residential Deliveries. Business Deliveries (stores, restaurants etc.) at BFF discretion.
ALL of Tillamook County:
Bay City, Beaver, Cloverdale, Garibaldi, Hebo, Idaville, Manzanita, Mohler, Nehalem, Neskowin, Pacific City, Tillamook, Wheeler.
